Brandon Sharpe- Sales Manager (Grand Lake)
Brandon has been working in the boating industry since high school with many of the different marinas until March of 1998, when he came to Arrowhead and found his calling. Brandon has strived to be the best and in doing so, has been recognized by Cobalt Boats as one of the Top 20 salespeople within their company. His proudest achievement, though, is being part of a team that has been top of the Customer Satisfaction Index since his employment. His ultimate goal is to help his customers have the best boating experience that they can possibly have. |

Bob Green-Salesman (Grand Lake)
Bob Green has been in the marine industry for 12 years. He has traveled to the dealer factory plants and participated in a number of product/sales schools offered by Cobalt, Formula and Sea Ray. Helping people find the right boat to satisfy their boating needs is very rewarding to him. He is a detailed person and takes pride in having many satisfied customers who are glad to send their friends and family to him for their boating needs. |

Gary Ekew- Business Manager & Salesman (Grand Lake)
Gary Eskew is a lifelong boater and has always been in the sales industry. Gary has been with Arrowhead for 10years. During that time, he has worked in the sales and finance departments. He has completed numerous sales/finance training courses in the boating industry. Gary is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his customers. Jerry Cookson- Cedar Port Marina Manager/Salesman (Grand Lake)
During the early 80's he started visiting Grand Lake with his friends and family, after meeting the sales team at Arrowhead he realized that this was the perfect spot for him. Jerry started in the Sales Department and after only 1 year he was promoted to manage the Cedar Port location. 7 years later he is living his dream of running a marina and selling boats. |

Rick Craven- Grove Location Store Manager/Salesman (Grand Lake)
Rick is going on his third year since he first started at Arrowhead. He has been recognized for his sales skills and many Salesman awards. However, Rick is most proud of those he has received for his community service. Rick is very knowledgeable about boats, and is constantly keeping up with the market. He is a great asset to our family at Arrowhead. |

JJ Bauman- Store Manager/Salesman (Beaver Lake)
JJ graduated at the University of Arkansas with a Marketing Management degree and has been attending the Crownline University and Cobalt sales school every year since 2004. He has been helping people with their boating needs for 9 years. JJ has been recognized for the 2005 and 2006 Malibu Regional Sales award, and the 2007 Cobalt Customer Service winner for the Central Territory.JJ values friendships with his customers and vendors. It is important for him to get to know people so he can serve them as a client or a business partner. |

Craig Leonard- #9 Marina- Salesman (Lake Eufaula)
Craig has been in the boating industry for 20 years and has been with Arrowhead since March of 2006. Craig has attended many of the manufacturer schools, seminars, sales schools, and dealer updates that are offered. Not only is Craig a salesman, he also coordinates service and warranty issues, picks up and delivers boats, and orders parts- just to name a few of his many jobs. Craig is a great asset to our family here at Arrowhead. |

Wayne McManus - Manager of Three Forks Harbor
Wayne McManus is our newest addition to the Arrowhead family. He and his wife, Rhonda, manage our Three Forks Harbor facility in Muskogee, OK. With over 31 years of experience boating on our country's inland and coastal waterways, the Florida Keys, and the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, Wayne and Rhonda are well-equipped to assist our customers with boat travel topics and trip planning. |
