We are so pleased!!
Dear Renee and Rick,

We love our Harris Flote boat. We also are very pleased that we bought it from your shop. The continued support that you offered means a lot to us since we live so far away from your place of business. All the extras you have thrown in before we purchased the boat and after we purchased it are also much appreciated. Our fishing guide did an excellent job and worked with Marvin on our new fish finder. He threw in all types of fishing tips too. Also, though I realize it was above and beyond, thank you for not being upset with us when our guide kept us out past the official closing time. Sorry we kept you late. Our guide really made our initiation of our new fishing boat complete. We also caught our first and only OK fish for the year 2008. Now we will have to initiate our boat all over again in 2009 as it really is a 2009 boat. For Marvin who plans to do his own maintenance, having the mechanic go over all the mechanical aspects of the boat and even to go out on the lake was really helpful and appreciated. When we realized the electrical accessory plug in was not operational, it was great for you to go out of your way to get it repaired that morning. We enjoyed the visit with your associate on the ride over to the Arrowhead shop. If we meet anyone would like to buy a boat like ours, we will tell them the trip to Ketchum, OK is well worth the drive.

At Grand Lake had ended our boating season for the year but we plan on getting an early start next spring. We are planning to take it to Elephant Butte Lake here in New Mexico. When we get our vacation and condo times co-ordinated I'm sure it will bring us back to Grand Lake, OK. We look forward to many years of fishing on our new boat. If you need to letter of reference to post in your sales room, and wish to rewrite this for us to sign, we would be glad to do that for you.

Thank you again for all you have done to make this boat buying adventure a great one. Also thank your staff for us. Renee, the early boat pictures were very much needed and appreciated as we have lost our digital camera in Texas somewhere. We were able to forward them to all our friends and that meant a lot.

Renee, on a personal note, hope you find comfort in friends and family (including that cute little dog), when your son ventures out to college. Just look at it as a stage of life that will pass and will bring lots of future joys, as you support his journey to a successful career and a successful life. I know, you already know the positives of your son going off to college on his own. Since your a good Mom and part of it is being upset when your child leaves the nest, if only for a little while, I know tears will come but try hard to let your son's joy overcome the sad feelings. The time will pass quickly and before you know it there will be new life adventures with the extended family. May God Bless you and your family. Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Boating,
Tammy and Marvin Baker
