I purchased my first boat...a beautiful 21ft Cobalt...from Rick Craven at Arrowhead Boat Sales in Grove Oklahoma. I was raised in Miami, Oklahoma and have been to Grand Lake many times. My brother purchased a Formula from Arrowhead a few years ago for use on Grand Lake and recommended the dalership to me.
In all of my live, I have never been treated as professionally nor had such a fabulous purchase experience as I received from Rick and Renee Craven at Arrowhead! They both have gone above and beyond what anyone could expect from a dealer. They were very acommodating to my schedule since I was coming from Dallas to puchase the boat. The did 2 seperate test drives..one for me and one for my grown son. They helped us outfit the boat, gave me trailering and driving instuction, have answered all of my questions and concerns I have had since moving the boat to Dallas, and have assisted me with the boat while it was still in Oklahoma.
In today's world, salespeople often forget about you once they have made the sale. Rick has made sure that I have not been forgotten and has a customer for life. This will not be the only boat I purchase from Rick...me and the rest of my family and my friends in Dallas will only purchase our boats from Rick and Arrowhead Sales.
Thank you again for helping me enjoy my boating experience from the very beginning!! And, by the way, I absolutely love my new Cobalt!!!
